Overview
The Apnea Total Freediver Course is a complete entry-level certification that builds comfort, confidence, and control underwater.
Over two days, you’ll learn proper breathing, safety, and equalization techniques while developing your finning and relaxation skills. You’ll complete two open water sessions, diving to depths of up to 20 meters, under the guidance of experienced instructors.
This course gives you the foundation to freedive safely and enjoyably anywhere in the world.
Course includes:
2 days of training
Theory and breathing workshops
2 open water sessions (maximum depth 20 meters)
Certification upon completion
Use of freediving equipment
Boat transfers to the dive sites
Prerequisites:
No prior experience required.
Basic swimming ability and comfort in the water are recommended.
