Angol Point
Start depth: 5 meters
Maximum depth: 12 meters
Angol Point lies at the southern end of White Beach and is among Boracay’s most accessible and beginner-friendly dive sites. The shallow reef features vibrant patch coral and pinnacles, covered in stony and leather corals, anemones, feather stars, sea stars, sea cucumbers, nudibranchs, and small reef dwellers like gobies and ribbon eels. It’s a favorite for open water training, Discover Scuba sessions, and night dives thanks to calm conditions and abundant macro life.
Because of its gentle slopes and proximity to shore (just a 5-minute boat ride), Angol Point also doubles as a popular snorkeling site. Divers may spot moray eels peeking from crevices, lionfish, sweetlips, and schools of damselfish.
Angol Point’s ease of access and rich biodiversity make it ideal for all levels, from first-time divers to underwater photographers and night-dive enthusiasts.
